Fitness Classes

**BODY BOOOM** Is a circuit style class that provides a full body toning experience along with bursts of cardio, set to upbeat dance music within a sociable atmosphere. Using bodyweight exercises and small pieces of free weight equipment, your body will thank you for the fantastic Friday Fitness Fix with plenty of calorie burning potential ready for the weekend. It’s fun and interactive and suitable for most levels of fitness (for injury management & special requirements please consult Kirsty)

**BODY BOOOM**💥 Is on Fridays at Southwell Rugby Club 10:30-11:30am

You will need to fill out a health questionnaire before commencing the BODY BOOOM class. A copy of the questionnaire is available for you to download by clicking the button below. Fill it out & bring it with you on your first session. Alternatively, one can be supplied for you to fill out when you arrive at your first class. Please allow extra time for this.
